We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join Cosmic Care ABA in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, CA. In this role, we expect the BCBA to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, provide training and supervision to RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians), and collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure the highest standards of care. This position offers an $85,000.00 annual salary, the ability to work in Ventura/Santa Barbara County, a $3,000.00 sign-on bonus with $1,500 at 90 and 180 days, $500.00/year CEU reimbursement, federal mileage reimbursement, a technology stipend of up to $480.00 annually paid semi-monthly, up to $4,800.00 annually toward medical insurance premiums, paid admin time, low caseloads at around 15–18 people, and a non-clinic-based setting with children and adults.
